Rizwan at the Grapevine location is AMAZIMG. I came to Dallas on a family vacation a month ago and spotted the perfect wedding enhancer bands for my unusual engagement ring. He was very helpful then but we decided to wait. I tried to find a similar ring I my local stores and online and had no luck. A month later I found out I was coming back to Dallas on business and called the location to verify they still had it. Rizwan placed it on hold for me and honored the price he gave me a month prior. I had the enhancer and my engagement ring sized and fitted to fit together and was able to pick it up before I left town. The setting is beautiful. Wonderful craftsmanship getting the rings to fit flush and align. Its beautiful and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend them!
