I have been with this great store for over 25 years. Outstanding service, the staff goes above and beyond. Every purchase was fantastic.  My wife receives  many compliments  on her rings. I have lived over 1000 miles away from the store but  would not consider another jewelry store Dr Donald L McClune Jr

After having my Grandad's 111 year old Gold Waltham pocket watch refurbished and serviced, I had mentioned to Brooke about my possible interest in a display dome. I didn't buy order one that day. Partly because I thought I wanted one with a wooden base, I had no clue as to what size, and oh yes, I'm a spendthrift..Much to my surprise, Brook went above and beyond and had ordered a few different ones for me to look at. I went in, with my mind pretty well set on a small dome with a Mahogany base. There evidently wasn't one like this available from their supplier. However, on a POSITIVE note, They had ordered the EXACT size to fit my newly serviced watch with a brass base.. Believe me, a lot of times a buyer really has no positive idea what they want...After putting my watch in the dome, Brooke sat it on the counter for me to look at... PERFECTION!.. Bernie Shiffler, the owner, came out to not only greet me, but personally thank me for stopping back in. I was given a very fair price, and before leaving, was given an old fashioned handshake and a heartfelt thank you by Bernie.. Thanks again, Bernie, Brooke and staff.
