I had acquired a nice 14 karat rope chain and was looking for a pendant for it. I wanted a gold cross and after searching through many jewelry stores I was unable to find what I wanted and would look nice with the chain. Mountain song Jewelers took the time to sit with me and a jewelry catalog. I searched through many pages of crosses had no idea there was so many different ones available. I found one I thought would be nice and had them order it for me. It came in as scheduled and I picked it up and brought it home. After a couple of days I decided I really didn't care for the cross and return to the jewelry store. They were more than happy to exchange the cross and the jeweler that did the repairs came and helped me as he was familiar with many varieties that would go nicely with the rope chain. Together we found a nice cross and it was ordered I picked it up and I was really happy with it and they put it on the chain shined everything up incredibly and I took it home. These people are a family-run business and offer the best service I've ever run into in a jewelry store. I highly recommend them if they don't have what you are looking for they will help you find it.
