James Michelle recently came out with a new piece, these link necklaces & bracelets are huge right now anyway but they made it extra special by attaching a heart pendant to it & allowing the option to add an initial. When I had my son in 2019 a family friend bought me a necklace with a little circle on it & the letter P. I wore it all the time and loved it so much but it wasn’t made with the strongest of materials and it broke a few months ago. I loved it and knew I wanted to purchase another that I know will last this time. I’d seen James Michelle’s ads here & there but this one heart necklace kept popping up. I’ve got probably 5 screen shots of it in my phone and saved the ad every time just waiting for it to be the right time to purchase. To make an already long story short - everyone‘s on hard times right now. Must of us are doing the best we can if not only for ourselves but for our dependents.. as a single mom I’m financially cautious about my purchases. But it was nearing Mother’s Day and I knew id never find anything else like this that I was looking for so I made the purchase!because they single handedly create these pieces the personalization does take a while. I got a little nervous/regretful about finances regarding my purchase and reached out to costumer service. To my surprise I was responded by a real person! & a mom nonetheless. It felt like I was talking to a friend and she reassured me my necklace would arrive shortly & not to worry. She couldn’t have been more right. The necklace arrived 2 days later (almost a week before Mother’s Day, did not expect that..) & it’s everything and more than what was advertised.All pros, no cons. Found exactly what I was looking for, was able to purchase it for myself, fantastic & personable costumer service, & supporting a family owned business. Especially in hard financial/small business owned times like these It really doesn’t get any better than that. I will definitely only purchase my jewelry from James Michelle from here on out, jewelry should be special and they def make sure of it
